We’re ‘old' friends. We met in graduate school as two piano performance majors and stayed pals throughout our varied careers. We both traveled our professional careers as full time musicians exploring and resonating within the extraordinary world of classical music. While we are both performing concert pianists, we took very different paths. Serendipity has brought as back together – now decades later – to perform and share our music-making with you as pianists-in-duo, as soloists, and as conversational conduits of the longer view of pianism, piano history and literature, music culture, the science of music, and more. |
